Who are your tutors?
All our tutors are specialists in their subject and the exam board they teach. They love their subject and pass on their enthusiasm to their students. Our tutors create a friendly atmosphere in the classroom which is perfect for learning as students feel able to ask questions and interact in lessons.
Are your tutors DBS checked?
Of course! We ensure all our tutors have enhanced DBS checks so you can be assured that your children are in safe hands. We also have a child protection policy which can be found here.
Where do your courses take place?
Our classroom-based courses take place in London in universities including Imperial College London and the London School of Economics. Their top-class facilities offer the perfect setting to our courses, and inspire students by giving them a little taste of university life.
Do you provide accomodation for your courses?
Our courses are not residential. However, there are plenty of places to stay in London for every budget. Our courses are easy to get to on public transport which gives lots of flexibility when deciding where to stay.
How do your online courses work?
Some of our courses take place online using the video conferencing platform Zoom. It is possible to join using a variety of devices, including mobiles and tablets. However, we recommend using a desktop or laptop device for the best experience. In order to interact with the tutor, you will need a webcam and a microphone on your device. An instant messaging feature will also be available. You will be emailed a link to join the lesson on the day before the class. You can find further instructions for joining Zoom meetings here.
Can we cancel or change bookings?
All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions which can be found here.
