Maths AS-level May Half-Term Revision Classes – Online
These courses are designed to prepare the students for any summer assessments, or to consolidate knowledge ready for year 13. Classes are separated by exam board and are taught by experienced, professional tutors. Your course tutor will teach a topic before going through past paper questions to consolidate learning and practice exam technique. Your tutor will use this past paper practice to give tips about how to get the most marks and the best approach to answering questions. Any weaknesses can be identified and worked on before moving on to the next topic.
Our courses cover the whole specification which means they’re a great way to kick start revision or can be used to identify and fill in any gaps in knowledge. You should leave the course feeling confident and prepared for your exams.
The topics taught are universal to all exam boards, so the courses are suitable for all students. Practice questions will be taken from Edexcel past papers. You can get an idea of how Edexcel questions are worded by looking through some papers here.

Structure of the Days
Classes are from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Registration starts from 9.15am.
There will be a 1 hour lunch break and a couple of 10 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.

Sam Ayo-Adepoju
Sam has a proven record of helping students achieve target grades and even beyond. Sam has taught in different schools across London and Kent and is currently a Senior Mathematics teacher at Bullers Wood School for Girls in Bromley. He teaches across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, inspiring teenagers and young adults to reach their potential as mathematicians. He specialises in Algebra, Geometry, Number theory, Data handling and Statistics.
Luke Greetham
Luke graduated from the University of York with an MPhys, having attained a First Class Honours degree (with distinction) and placing within the top three of his cohort. He tutored a range of students during his time at university. From GCSE maths students who were part of the ‘York Students in Schools’ programme to first year students. He’s now a full-time tutor, tutoring maths, further maths and physics.
Luke hopes to instil an appreciation of fundamental mathematical concepts to pave the way for understanding more advanced topics. He prefers to use a ‘ground up’ approach; by starting with the intuition of why an equation/concept is needed in the first place, the learner can see the whole picture right from the start without getting involved in the obscurity of the mathematics too early on. He hopes that he can assist in illuminating areas that the learner is struggling with, and challenge them on areas that they already understand. As a final note: he doesn’t believe there is such a thing as a silly question – the only silly thing is when you don’t ask something that you wish you had.
