Geography A-level Easter Revision Classes – Online

These four day-courses are designed to help students prepare for their summer exams. They will review key sections of the syllabus, enabling students to identify and fill in any gaps in their knowledge and strengthen their understanding of the syllabus. Your tutor will go through past paper questions and give tips about how to get the most marks and the best approach to answering questions. Any weaknesses can be identified and worked on before moving on to the next topic. Essay planning, structure and writing are an integral part of Geography. Your tutor will guide students through the essay writing process and provide them with handy tips to improve marks.

Learners are provided with high-quality, comprehensive and original material including notes, guides and question booklets. These resources have been specially created to supplement the learning experience and support students beyond the course.

Course Structure & Content

Structure of the Days

Classes are from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Registration starts from 9.15am.

There will be a 1 hour lunch break and a couple of 10 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.

Adam Holding

Adam Holding

Adam is a qualified teacher with a BSc Hons in Physical Geography and 8 years of experience in UK and Dubai schools. He is also a private tutor for GCSE and A-level, with 7 years of experience to his name. Adam uses a hands-on approach when it comes to teaching, and prides himself on his patience and approachability. He particularly appreciates the importance of making sure learners feel accomplished as they tackle new content, as well as how essential it is to focus on exam technique.

 

Martin Rowley

Martin qualified as a teacher in 1991 and is currently in his 31st year of full-time teaching. He taught for 6 years in the UK before moving to Spain in the 1990s to take up a teaching post. He has been here ever since. He was Head of Geography at a HMC school for 9 years.

Martin has also worked as an A-level examiner since 2011, primarily focusing on Edexcel.
